The Monster Drawing Rally is an exciting, family friendly event that involves Twin Cities’ artists and the community with the goal of raising funds for Midway’s upcoming public programs and exhibitions. Artists generously donate their time and talent by drawing live at the event during three one-hour rounds. Each drawing is available immediately for sale (first come/first serve) for a flat price of $35. Event attendees are invited to watch as artists draw and to keep an eye on the many finished drawings available for purchase.

This year’s invitational-style event welcomes special guests Alondra Garza and Kristina Johnson, who each invited artists to participate. We’re excited to see many new faces, as well as returning artists who have drawn in the past!

We’ve partnered with the North Mpls Pet Resource Center and Northside People’s Pantry to collect donations for community members in need. Donations will be accepted at Midway during the Drawing Rally.

We’ll be collecting pet food, human food, and personal hygiene items—everything from cat litter and toilet paper to canned goods and coffee/tea. Thank you for your ongoing support for those vulnerable in our community!
